Coyte Farm is currently green fields just to the west of St Austell, at St Mewan, just off the main Truro road. Proposals would see this built on to create a retail area bigger than St Austell town centre.
Do you love the beauty of the countryside outside of St. Austell – well, this could soon be destroyed by the development of Coyte Farm! Do you love your local community, the convenience of being able to get all your need in one town, then object to the destruction of farmland west of St Austell.
